Abstract
Currently, the development of China’s coal mining industry is accelerating, and comprehensive safety management measures for production safety are gradually improving in practical coal mining projects. As one of the inherently hazardous projects, coal mining involves numerous safety risks during actual production and construction processes. To better prevent accidents, underground coal miners must not only scientifically manage the equipment they use but also strengthen the safety control of “one ventilation and three prevention” in actual production operations. This paper primarily analyzes the comprehensive safety management methods for coal mining’s “one ventilation and three prevention” proposes specific requirements for these measures based on research, and offers practical implementation suggestions to further enhance the quality of overall production safety in coal mining. It aims to provide robust technical support for underground mining operations, better safeguard the lives of miners, and ensure the normal functioning of equipment.
