Sharing-mechanism research and sharing-platform construction of the overseas geological and mineral resources information

To achieve the geo-information sharing among the institutes and companies in the progress of overseas investment,improve the application value of the information,and to avoid the repetitive job,the sharing-mechanism and platform were studied in the paper.Some ideas were put forward,like building the sharing-agency,identifying the regulation,compiling the professional standard,and establishing the sharingplatform.According to this idea,information sharing alliance was established,metadata standard was compiled and the platform was developed.By conclusion,information-sharing was achieved among alliance members.This research is an important step and build a solid basis in promoting the oversea geo-info sharing.
