Research on the feasibility pre-evaluation in sensor mine construction:an empirical analysis based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

Sensor mine construction is an important method to achieve the integration of informatization and industrialization in coal mines while some certain conditions are necessary for the construction.The paper not only analyzes the macro-environment conditions with PEST theory but also analyzes the microenvironment conditions from the aspects of human factor,financial factor,object factor and management factor.Based on the analyses it constructs the pre-evaluation system.It puts forward pre-evaluation grid theory according to the evaluation results for both the macro-environment and micro-environment factors drawn with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In the end an example is given with the application of the preevaluation grid theory.
