MOTIVE OF ESTABLISHING COAL ENTERPRISES GROUPS UNDER CONDITION OF COMPETITIVE MARKET

For a long time past, there were harmful competition between coal mining companies and unreasonable organizational structure of coal inclustry.Under the condition of market economy, profitable competition mode must be introduced and the old organizational structure of coal industry must be reformed.The paper describes the reasonability & feasibility, the optimum mode of establishing coal enterprises groups based on the industrial organizational theory and the game theory, thus provides a theoretical basis for reform of coal industry's organizational structure.
