    The synthesis of anionic collector for collophanite using drainage oil

    • Using drainage oil as raw material,a new anionic collector is synthesized through saponification and compound with other surfactants,which is for collophanite.The collector is evaluated by flotation,and P2O5 grade of collophanite ore for flotation is 22.51%.The results show that the optimum saponification conditions are saponification time 6h,saponification temperature 90℃,mass ratio of NaOH(s)and drainage oil 23∶50,solution concentration of NaOH 30%.Then the saponification products compounded with HS surfactant is the final anionic collector,and the ratio is 7∶3.Infrared spectrum analysis show that,fatty acids is the main saponification products.
