STUDY ON MINING CAPITAL MARKET

The paper discusses the mining capital market, resources of mining capital,role of intermediary service agency and government etc.based on the current status,reform and development of China's geologic prospecting and mining industry,analyzes the statistics of investment on China's mineral resource prospecting,points out the problems such as the insufficient investment on mining industry and irrational structure of funding and foreign capital utilization etc.and proposes the suggestion on the investment, funding and foreign capital utilization of Chinese mining industry.
