Research on the withdrawal mechanism of mining land in China

Based on the basic characteristics of the current mining land use system, the authors analyze the exit system of the mining land and its problems,and put forward to countermeasures that involve proposed the exit principles of mining land, exit paths, mechanisms of incentive and restraint. In the end, the authors suggest that we shall be made efforts to improve the system performances of exit mechanisms of mining land through institutionalization of the reclamation responsibility, intensive use of land reclamation and making changes in time.
