Relying on low carbon technology to development of low carbon economy

A low carbon economy can not be developed without low carbon technology support, Britain, the United States, the European Union and Japan put emphasis on development of low carbon economy and low carbon technology, China has also taken some corresponding measures. To set up a technical support system for a low carbon economy, the following measures can be adopted: one is to accelerate research, development and spread of the energy saving and low carbon technology, the other is to promote the development and utilization of new energy, the third is to strengthen development and popularization of emission reduction technology, and the fourth is to quicken the pace of introduction of low carbon technologies and international cooperation on this aspect, the fifth, strengthen the supporting system construction for the low carbon technology.
