Select key-material supplier of coal based on the analytical hierarchy process

Accordance with the problems of more suppliers and deficiency on quantitative evaluation standard in purchasing the key materials of coal, this paper propose to select key- material suppliers by using analytical hierarchy process. On the base of building analytic hierarchy model about supplier selection, it concludes that weight sequencing of the target layer and gross consistency test by structuring judgment matrix and calculating weight vector of each layers, and hereby judges the quality of supplier. The way of quantitative analysis combined with qualitative analysis can increase greatly scientific about supplier selection.
