The difficulties of the mining rights financing and the discussion of the countermeasures

Marketization and commercialization are the strategic direction of China's geological survey. The nature of mining rights, the lagged mining rights agency and the lagged mining capital market resulte in the difficult of the financing activities of the mining rights. The traditional financing model is difficult to provide adequate financial support to the commercial exploration activities. In this paper, summing up and comparing experiences at home and abroad based on the existing view of the the mining rights financing activities, the author brings forward his advises to it. It includes to introducing the investment banking services, to introducing the independent geological survey system, to improve intermediary services relating to mining rights system, to establish a multi-level capital market which can support the mining industry financing and to set up a unified trading platform for mining rights.
