ANALYSIS OF PRESTRESS FORCE OF YIELDABLE U-STEEL SUPPORT

In this paper, it is first presented that prestress force can be produced in yieldable U-steel support by pretension to staples. The calculating method of internal force pretensioned to staples is given. And thecalculating method of residual internal force is established as a result of yielding of the support, according tothe yielding quantity of the support. Thus, the theoretic basis is provided to full use the fuction of the support.The theory for calculation of yieldable steel support is perfected.
