Abstract

Curently, there are frequent accidents and heavy casualties happened in local coal mines. Such a state and what accounts for the occurrence are discussed briefly in this paper. The contradiction in many aspects for safety in production in local coal mines is analyzed. Based on the analysis, how to ensure safety in production is proposed.
