Utilizing the powerful computing performance of VC and the concise programming workflow of VB, the organic combination of VB and VC forms a safety monitoring software system for mine production featuring fast response, easy operation and high efficiency. This paper elaborates on the overall architecture and data flow chart of the system, and briefly introduces each functional module of the system with practical examples.
