    Experimental study on improving the quality and recovery of lead antimony concentrate in Bali plant

    • The great decline of lead and antimony grade in the raw ore in Bali plant leads to the low grade and recovery of Pb+Sb concentrate.Hence the laboratory experimental research has been carried out to improve the quality and the recovery of Pb+Sb concentrate.The effects of dosage of lead nitrate,WJ and GZT on lead antimony floatation indexes has been studied.Experimental results indicate that the activation effect of lead nitrate on lead antimony floatation ihes not significant;the combined ues of thiophosphate and WJ show good collecting ability to lead antimony content;GZT can effectively improve the grade of Pb+Sb concentrate in the cleaning flotation.In the final closed-circuit test a Pb+Sb concentrate with grade of 59.99%(Pb 32.92%+Sb 27.07%), with Pb recovery of 95.57% and Sb recovery of 95.17% can be achieved.
