    EXPERIMENTAL THERMODYNAMICS ON THE THERMAL DISSOCIATION PROCESS OF K-FELDSPAR WITH FLUX-POTASSIUM CARBONATE

    • The effects of reaction temperatures,potassium carbonate dosage,reaction time and particle size of microcline on the thermal dissociation rate of the system of K-feldspar and potassium carbonate are investigated.The orthogonal experiment shows the optimum reaction temperature 860℃;the ration of K-feldspar:K2CO3=1∶12;the optimum reaction time 1 0h;particle size of raw material 60~80 mess.In addition,the process is analyzed by thermal analysis of TG and DTA,and the baked materials were analyzed by X-ray diffraction.With the above analysis,the dissociation mechanism is proposed.
