Through industrial experiments, the measures is confirmed can ensure the construction safety in tunneling effectively, eliminate the outburst hazards rapidly after cutting, shorten the effective time of tunneling and improve the coal road tunneling speed of outburst area. It also be confirmed have abroad applicability, validity and reliable security. By the analysis of data, thorough research was made for the parameters such as ground stress, gas internal force and advance distance, and the security was analyzed of rapid tunneling in severe outburst coal.
