STRENGTHEN THE MINERAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND STIMULATE THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF XINJIANG'S ECONOMY

The paper elucidates the active role that mineral resource development plays on Xinjiang Construction Corps and the economic development,social progress and borderland stability of Xinjiang Uigur Autonomous Region by looking back to the history and analyzing the current situation,analyzes some factors restricting the development of mineral resources and mining economy of the Xinjiang Construction Corps,proposes countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening the management and rational development & utilization of the Corp's mineral resources.
