    • Construction organization design is an important technical and economic document.The length of bedrock section of auxiliary inclined shaft in Hecaogou mine is 1533.7m.The area of driving section is 21.6m2,belongs to large section super-long shaft.According to concrete geological conditions,Hecaogou mine optimized the construction organization design,used "four-eight cross system" cyclic operation,used high power EBZ318H fully-mechanized coal winning machine to drive,realized rapid construction of inclined shaft,achieved good results that the highest speed was 227m per month.And it ensured good engineering quality,safety and high efficiency,high quality and quick speed construction.The economic and social benefits were significantly.For similar large section super-long shaft construction,this construction organization design accumulated rich experience.
