Propelling adoption of official credit card to promote the budget implementation effect

Starting from the management of official credit card, the author expatiates on the functions of official credit card in terms of strengthening budgeting management, regulating official activities and building a clean government. Based on the experience in implementing this system, the article further puts forward several suggestions on comprehension of the card, legitimacy of its usage and consummating of relevant policies.
