The appraisal index system study for “Belt and Road” optimal production cooperation of ferrous metal and nonferrous metal

“Belt and Road” initiative brings Chinese enterprises a new chapter for going out.For Chinese enterprises’ better cooperation with the Belt and Road countries in ferrous and non-ferrous metal smelting, an appraisal index system has been built up which includes environment，cooperation basis，market demand and geo-strategy four aspects.By the comparison of each countries in each indicator, each country’s values are given.Then eigenvalue analysis was used to get all the countries comprehensive results.62 countries has been divided into four levels which are optimal investment countries, better investment countries, ordinary investment countries and cautious investment countries to provide guidance for Chinese enterprises’ going out successfully.
