Research on comprehensive utilization of Siderite from Donganshan refractory Iron Ore

The step by step flotation process has successfully solved refractory iron ore from Dong anshan, containing siderite. The paper studied on the siderite middlings separated from the iron ore by neutral roasting, then returned the roasted ore to the second step for hematite flotation. By means of optimization of reagent system, the iron concentrate with iron grade and iron recovery of 60.31%, 87.49% was obtained and SEM was adapted to study influence on hematite flotation.
