Comprehensive analysis of geochemical anomaly and remote sensing alteration of gold mineralized concentrate district in Wulonggou area

    • Wulonggou area locates in middle part of orogenic belt in East Kunlun Mountains. It is one of the most important gold mineralized concentrate districts with a better metallogenetic geological background, in which the aurum-rich stratum of Proterozoic Eonothem and the brittle-ductile shear zone are distributing abroad. Composite anomaly of Au-As-Sb is selected as a geochemical anomaly parameter by data processing about stream sediment geochemistry. Using ETM image data as the information data, Hydroxylate Anomaly and Ferric Contamination Anomaly are extracted by remote sensing data processing, some methods, such as band ratio, principal component analysis etc., are applied to enhance the alteration information on the image. Remote sensing integrate alteration is proposed and selected as the parameter of remote sensing alteration. Finally, based on integrated studies of geochemical anomaly and remote sensing alteration, several conclusions are drew.
