Research on the loss of big scales and a new flotation technology for scale graphite

This paper studied the loss mechanism of big scales in the process of regrinding and found that big scales loss is relatively small when the content of scale graphite is between 20% and 40%. A new flotation technology has been proposed with a great decrease of stages of regrinding and cleaning flotation. The new floatation technology has smaller loss of big scales and a more stable flotation process.
