Research on the range of information standard in coal enterprises based on shared-interoperability index

This paper researched on a question that how to determine the range of information standard in coal enterprises.Combining standard economics,this paper proposed a method in Shared-Interoperability Index to confine the range of information standard in coal enterprises.Firstly,refer to OSI model,the paper established an informatization model in coal enterprises,which included perceived control layer,network layer,information resources layer,application layer.Based the model,this paper confined the boundary of information standard in coal enterprises.Secondly,Analyzed the shared and Interoperability,this paper set up a Shared- Interoperability Index,which is used to determine the range of information standard in coal enterprises.Through illustrated and analyzed,this paper explained how to use it to confine the range of information standard in coal enterprises.This paper proposed an available method to confine the range of information standard in coal enterprises.
