Research on mine safety monitoring system based on risk pre-control

By means of establishing mine safety monitoring system based on risk pre-control, the guidance in mine safety management can be effective. The mine safety management can transform statics into dynamics, passivity into initiative and realize its foresightedness and effectiveness. In the base of the theory of risk pre-control, this paper describes the technology process of mine safety pre-control, analyses the hardware requirements and technical assistances in establishing soft system, according to computer, and analyses the framework of the system. Meanwhile, it makes an empirical research on Wawu phosphorite which is useful to the management of other mines.
