Discussion on coal resource conservation and comprehensive utilization under highway

With the continuous development of highway and railroad, coal mining under highway becomes the new problem of mining mineral resources. Nowdays resource saving and compressive utilization become the theme of the times. Coal mining under highway not only meets highway construction requirements, but also achieves the purpose of coal resources saving and comprehensive utilization. Based on the coal mining rules, this article establishes mathematical geological model and discusses about coal resources saving and comprehensive utilization. At last, a example has been put forward to veritying this model and it has achieved the purpose of coal resources saving and comprehensive utilization.
