The necessity of coal enterprises′ internal control

In the foreseeable period, coal will remain our's basic industries for energy industry and the socio-economic development, however, the status of Coal enterprises' internal control are not optimistic. This paper will analyze the importance of coal companies internal control, and based on this,we will also discuss the weaknesses of the coal enterprises' internal control and put forward the necessity of internal controu.
