    COMPARATIVE RESEARCH ON CHINA COAL-MINE FATAL GAS EXPLOSION ACCIDENTS RULES

    • According to the comparative analysis of fatal accidents during 20 years time(1980~2000),human error(including deliberate violation 45.89%, management error 44.89% and design deficiency 6.90%) accounted for up to 96.59% among the direct causes of China coal mine fatal accidents. And in state owned key coal mine,human error(including deliberate violation 48.78%,management error 35.36% and design deficiency 4.90%) accounted for up to 89.02%.This made us to reconsider the cause of China coal mine fatal accidents. On the basis of researching on fatal gas explosion accidents environment traits and cross data of trait sources,the paper analyses and concludes the rules of China coalmine fatal accidents explosion accidents through comparison.
