ANALYSIS ON UNEMPLOYMENT AND RE-EMPLOYMENT OF MINING CITIES OF LIAONING

According to research data of five mining cities of Liaoning,the paper analyzes the transition of economic structure,the labor supply,the capability of the employees and the employment concepts and concludes that there are more unemployed people in mining cities.Furthermore,the elder and female ratio is high,the culture level is low,the skills are weak and many poor people are living a difficult life.As for many problems including the imperfect labor market,the unimproved social security system,the slowly-developing small-middle enterprises,the back-developed economy and the unenough training,the paper puts forward some suggestions: enlarge and develop new positions,strengthen the skill training,change the ideas,develop informal employment and make sure the basic life security and labor export.
