Analysis of the copper industry in 2016 and outlook in 2017 in China

The year 2016 is the key year of supply-side structural reform. Although, the copper industry which faces the disadvantage situation, but the development of the copper industry went upward in China. The authors introduce the development of the copper industry, and analyze the characteristics of the it’s industry development. Based on that, the authors who prospect the future development of the copper industry and deliver the copper industry forecast，as follow: electrolytic copper production maintains the fast growth in China in 2017, and economic performance of the copper enterprises in 2017 is better than in 2016, but increasing pressure is more powerful still.
