Abstract
with the social progress and the increasing the formation of competition of economic globalization, not only an increasingly competitive in the domestic market, the mining enterprises in China are also gradually participated in the international competition. How to remain invincible in the fierce competitive marketplace has become a thoughtful question for Chinese mining enterprises. This paper is going to analysis the present human resource management of Chinese mining enterprises with the background of the current global economic integration, meanwhile, combined with modern human resources management theory and methods, proposed some practical recommendations on improving HRM of Chinese mining enterprises.
