An analysis and thinking about the frustrated status of Chinese FDI in mining and resources in Australia

Based on the worried status of Chinese Investment in mining in Australia,we analyzed and researched the reasons of the suffocation and attempted to find out how can China do better in such fields in Australia.We consider that only deepening our comprehension of the laws and regulations in Australia and giving more respect in cooperation with FIRB's survey in identifying that whether the state interests in danger or not and more strictly observing in such protection policies of environment and aboriginal heritage locally and more smart and strategy implementing in investment instead of full-finance offering can relieve the inherent collision in such fields whenever we invest there,and only in this way can we provide the guarantee for our investment of such fields activities in Australia.
