The appraisement method of management performance of the coal mine listed companies based on an improved fuzzy cluster

In the paper, the limitation of the current performance appraisement system is analyzed. And based on an improved fuzzy cluster, the appraisement method of management performance of the coal mine listed companies is proposed. By the method, we analyzed the management performance of the Chinese 15 coal mine listed companies. The result has proved that it is a scientific and practical method.
