Three years review and reflection of prospecting breakthrough strategic action

A three-year target phase has passed since the promulgation of The Action Scheme of Prospecting Breakthrough Strategy(2011-2020) in 2011.Over the past three years,the implementation of the action of the prospecting breakthrough strategy goal have achieved significant progress in prospecting,it formed a number of resource base shape and laid a solid foundation for prospecting breakthrough.The experiences are:stepwise epistemology is the theory of the implementation of prospecting breakthrough drive;high push and collaborative follow-up is the first drive for prospecting breakthrough;technological innovation is the core of the implementation of prospecting breakthough;the innovative prospecting model is a direct drive for the implementation of prospecting breakthrough.However there are also some defects:decline in the price of mineral products is the direct cause of the mining right market activity weakened;the market reform of the state-owned geological prospecting unit is not in place which is the deep reason of hindering the prospecting;the public welfare geological data services is an important reason of hindering ore-prospecting work progress.
