Research on building harmonious labor relations in small and medium-sized mining enterprises

Compared large enterprises, small and medium-sized mining enterprises have more non-standard labor relations.This paper describes those irregular phenomena and gives some suggestions that how to build harmonious labor relations in small and medium-sized mining enterprises based on symbiotic theory. Those recommendations would help SMMES to build harmonious labor relations and facilitate the development of SEMMS healthy and orderly.
