The policy analysis on the mineral resource management in ASEAN countries

This paper briefly overview the basic situation of the preponderant mineral resources of the ASEAN countries, and mainly analyzed management system of mining right, mining tax regime, mining land, and mining environment protection of the ASEAN countries. Put forward suggestions to promote the Mining Cooperation between China and ASEAN based on the analysis above.
