RISK OF MINE M&A AND ITS EVALUATION

This paper analyzes the main risks of mining enterprise M&A,including System risk,information risk,financial risk,valuing risk of the target mining enterprise and operation risk. It evaluates the risk of operation and financing on M&A,and establishes the index system of mining enterprise M&A,which is evaluated by the method of using faintness and synthesize.
