    Experimental study on potential-control new flotation process for Cu-Pb-Zn multi-metal sulfide ore

    • The Cu-Pb-Zn multi-metal complex ore mainly contain chalcopyrite, arsenic tetrahedrite, galena and sphalerite in Xinjiang. Mineral characteristics are complex. The old flotation process can't suit for this conditioning which was further affected economic benefits of the company. Therefore, serving LP-01 as collector for Copper mineral,SN-9#+Amino-D ithiophasphate as collector for lead mineral, Copper sulfate and butyl xanthate as activator and collector for Zinc mineral respectively and lime as regulator for pulp potential, and depressant combination of ZnSO4+YN for Lead mineral in Copper and Lead separation. As a result, test obtained Copper concentrate grade 24.27% at Copper recovery of 88.56%, Lead concentrate graded 50.73% at Lead recovery of 70.10% and Zinc concentrate graded 52.10% Zinc at Zinc recovery of 81.99%.
