Assessment on efficiency of resources cities with Data Envelopment Analysis

12 resources cities of different type were selected, and 7 DEA modes were constructed; the result which was calculated from the data of 2004 was that the efficiency of petroleum city was the highest and coal city was the lowest, and all size of city appeared the phenomena of decreasing returns to scale and constant returns to scale.
