The strategical regulation analysis about the Western energy structure model with time delay

Taking the western energy structure as background, a non-linear model is established with the influence of time delay, which takes the coal as major resource and petroleum, natural gas and the other energy resources as minor ones. Its dynamic behavior and strategical regulation analysis are studied in this paper from the stability of equilibrium point and Dulac function. By studying the stability of equilibrium points with the main monomial analysis method, a stable condition for the western energy resources is obtained, which takes the coal as major resource and petroleum, natural gas and the other energy resources as minor ones, and the corresponding energy strategy is proposed to maintain a high growth and healthy, stable development of national economy.
