Analysis of corporate governance structure characteristics of nonferrous metal resource-based enterprise

This paper summed up main differences between three principal company corporate governance patterns of international listed companies.We make the analysis of typical characteristics of nonferrous metal resource-based enterprise,which concerning the ownership structure,the system of board of directors and incentive mechanism of sample firms.The analysis is respected to provide reference for this type of companies to perfect company management structure and improve the corporate performance.
