RESTRICTION FACTORS FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF COAL PRODUCING CITIES AND MEASURES TO OVERCOME THE FACTORS

According to Chinese national conditions,the present status of development of China's coal producing cities is analysed.The conclusion is that single product economic structure,insufficient mineral reserves and environmental deterioration are restricting factors for sustainable development of China's coal producing cities.The strategy and ways for realizing the sustainable development are discussed.
