COMMERCIAL TEST OF FILTER CLOTH FOR ZPG -72 DISK VACUUM FILTER

The commercial test of ZPG 72 type disk vacuum filter has been carried out successfully at ore concentration plant of Jiuquan Iron & Steel Company.But the filter cloth has a short life and it is easy to plug and damage.The results of the test research with many filter clothes showed that the most suitable is using monofilament jinlun cloth with life of over 900 hours under utilization coefficient of 0.757t/m²·h and water content of 14.36%.
