Study on construction of activity mode and movement mechanism of technological innovation system in resource-based cities

This paper, on the base of introducing of conception and connotation of Resource-based Cities Technological Innovation System (RCTIS) and analyzing the flow of RCTIS, for the first time, constructed the frame and function structure of RCTIS, and studied on the activity mode and movement mechanism of RCTIS, and finally the advanced study orientations was pointed out.
