Research into the Shendong rescue fire brigade operation model from the internal marketization perspective

As a new management mode,enterprise inner-marketization improves the efficiency of business operations through the introduction of external market mechanism and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of various departments and staff.This article proposed an inner-marketization operation mechanism which is constructed from several aspects such as the market orientation,the pricing system,and the settlement system based on the operational status analysis of Shendong Rescue Fire Brigade.Through the analysis of the operation benefit under this inner-marketization operation model,this paper found out that this mode can effectively change the operating status and the dilemma,and improve operational efficiency of Shendong Rescue Fire Brigade,and has good market development prospects.
