The empirical analysis of coal listed company's relationship between corporate performance and human capital

Based on the resource-based theory,this paper made an empirical analysis of the relationship between coal listed company's human capital and its corporate performance with the method of regression analysis.The results showed that there is a weakly positive relationship between corporate performance and human capital.And then,the suggestions of enhancing coal listed company's human capital were proposed.
