Abstract

Abstract

Duty cycle analysis is important for the overall design of the vehicle.The software ADAMS and Automation studio were applied to build model of LHD on virtual prototype.A duty cycle of 6m³ LHD in power variable description is generated by simulation.Analysis result show that,6m³LHD peak power is 248.6kW accounting for 13.7% of the total time,and average power is only 33% of the peak power.The results of the study provide the basis for the subsequent design of power train system.
