An overview of theory and equipments of mineral processing fragmentation

Related concepts and theory of fragmentation are first introduced in this paper.And the common crushing equipments,including jaw crusher,cone crusher,impat crusher and roller presser,are discussed on the basis of fragmentation theory.Also,new crushing equipments,such as water-jet crushing equipment,inertia crushing equipment and high pressure roller mill are discussed to a certain extent.Emphasis is focused on the principle of crushing equipments,its' advantages and disadvantages as well as improving measurements,so as to provide reference to certain application practice.
