Performance research of amine modified collector DMP-3 on Qidashan iron ores

Amine group was introduced to α-position of fatty acid as a new type flotation collector DMP-3 exploringly,and the collecting performance was detected by actual mixed magnetic concentrate ores flotation from Qidashan concentrator in this article.At the temperature of 30℃,pulp pH 11.50,starch dosage 600g/t,DMP-3 dosage 600g/t,through one stage rougher-one stage cleaner closed circuit experiment,obtained Fe grade of the concentrate 65.84%,TFe recovery rate of 89.85% respectively,while the grade of tailing was 10.42%.The experimental research shown that the characteristics of the new type amine modified collector DMP-3were less dosage,lower temperature,and no activation.
