Research into the funds supervision of competitive selection geological survey project

The work of selecting geological survey project undertaking units through competition has carried out for nearly four years.There are still no related policies on how to manage its funds.So we,under the basis of analysis on the development and fund supervision situation,put forward the problems that funds supervision can't follow the general model,is lock of policy guidance and incentive mechanism.At last,we raise some advice that constituting the policy,perfecting supervision process,establishing supervision system of integration of the internal and the external,implementing unified management of intermediate agency and studying how to process surplus capital.
